The True Vine

‘I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.’ (John 15:1-2)

Beloved, abide in Christ (align your beliefs with Christ’s), the True Vine, so that you may be filled with life and bear bountiful fruit.

Let our Heavenly Father remove the branches that do not bear fruit (false beliefs brings curses instead of blessings) and nourish those that do (right beliefs according to God’s promises), so that they may bear more fruit (bring more results, blessings, and favor into your life).

Do you think it’s you have no hope for the promotion? God’s Word says that He’ll make you the head and not the tail.

Do you feel like you’ve failed and are unworthy? God’s Word says that you’re victorious through Christ, more than a conqueror.

Do you believe that miracles are not going to happen for you? God’s Word says that Jesus is that same yesterday, today, and forever. God is no respecter of persons, what He has done before, what He has done for others, He can do for you too.

So cast away your doubts, remove all the false beliefs, feast on God’s promises and let him take away the branches that do not bear fruit. Lean in faith onto Jesus. Abide in Him, the True Vine, and let His life, blessings, and favor flow through you and fill you to the overflowing.

Be Greatly Blessed!

Prayer:

Father, remove the false beliefs in me.

Help me to see things as you do.

Teach me your ways that I may constantly abide in Christ.

For in Him, I’m made whole.

Thank you for pruning my thoughts.

Guide me and make my paths straight as I follow you.

In Jesus’ Mighty Name,

AMEN!

Devotional:

In order for God to bring us to our full potential, He may have to “prune” us substantially in order to bring forth our spiritual fruits. In so doing, He’ll remove things that might halt the process in spiritual growth. In other words, He purifies, and brings us closer to Him, by manifesting growth, through a process of “weaning” and “cleaning” which thereby brings us to our full potential, which ultimately transforms us more, and more, into His likeness.

God is our great defense, and as well as our structural security for both our body and soul. It’s only through His love and grace, that we’re able to bear the fruits of the Spirit.

His coordination in preparing us for growth will no doubt make us stronger in spirit, thereby, enabling us to fulfill and further His plans, concerning our lives.

There is nothing ordinary about our Father’s love.

He moves in extraordinary ways, helps us with our spiritual growth leads us to grow closer to Him.

Our relationship with the Father is a key component of how we progress in terms of our faith.

When we adhere to His Word, and surrender to His will for our lives, we are able to do things in ways we never could before. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

He is the “Pruner” and we are the “branches”. As He removes the fruitless branches and nourishes the fruitful one, we continue to grow.

Abide in His word, listen to His voice, and meditate on His promises, so you’ll know the fullness of His grace.

He knows everything about us, and yet loves us no matter what. Isn’t it amazing?

So open His Word and seek to know Him. It will change your life in ways you could never imagine.
